Our daughter has attended iDiscover Preschool Plus for the past year and has absolutley loved every minute of it. She has thrived and flourished and loves going to PreK every morning! She is always so excited to tell me what she learnt and all the fun and exciting things she did while she was at school all morning and to be honest I’ve learnt a few things from her that I actually didn’t know! We can’t say enough good things about this program and would recommend iDiscover Preschool Plus to any family who is looking for an amazing preschool for their son or daughter! We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our 3.5 year old was very attached and struggled to join in group activities without one of us present. All of this went away once he started attending iDiscover! His confidence soared and he is a different child one year later. Miss M helped us through the tough days when he didn’t want us to leave and would send videos of him smiling and singing along 10 minutes later.

The activities are engaging and there is plenty of active and outdoor play which we love for all that little boy energy. Friday is his favorite day of the week now! Thank you Miss M, Mrs H and team

We cannot thank you enough for the gift of you! This is our son's second year of Preschool, but his first year did NOT go well at his other school. He cried and fought when it was time to go to school. He had bad anxiety and said he didn't like school. It broke our hearts. We knew we needed a change and as soon as we met you during our orientation, we saw you had a gift with kids. You got down on his level, were patient and you showed genuine kindness. We knew everything would turn around. Never once has our son fought us to go to school. He always says he has so much fun! He loves his teachers. He has so much respect for you and everything you say is gold. You have brought back our son's love for learning and he has made huge steps in developing independence, confidence, social skills and working on conquering his fears. When we were originally looking for a preschool for our oldest son, we wanted something that combined practical life skills and academics with the typical "fun" activities that we envisioned our son doing at preschool. To say our expectations were surpassed would be an understatement. There is no doubt that we could have found a better preschool for both of our sons! The children are loved, respected, and encouraged to step out of their comfort zones to try new things. It is not a "one size fits all" approach - the teachers are compassionate and understanding and adapt to each child's different needs. Our sons learned countless functional life skills, independence, and participated in many wonderful and creative activities while at iDiscover. iDiscover has become a part of our family and we can't wait for our baby daughter to attend in a few years too!

Dear Miss M:
I strongly believe that looking for a preschool that offers kids the best education and provides an ideal environment for their growth, must be every parent's ultimate wish and untiring pursuit. I'm lucky to have found iDiscover Preschool Plus for my dearest daughter. This is her second year at iDiscover. When she joined last year, she didn't talk much. We were concerned whether she would adapt to the new environment and make new friends. Our concern was totally unnecessary. Our daughter loved iDiscover from the first second! I am astonished by her quick improvement at iDiscover in every aspect. She can chat with me, debate with me and even challenge me with fluent English. I was in heaven when I heard her sing those beautiful songs and say those funny tongue twisters, saw her amazing crafts with creation and inspiration, found she could count and calculate, and saw her smiling in pictures and videos. After making many comparisons in Regina, I think what makes iDiscover special and unique is the famous Montessori Method together with the outstanding educator group who has applied this advanced method to each child with dedication and true love. My two oldest kids attended iDiscover Preschool Plus for two years each. My youngest will also attend for two years.
I can’t say enough good things about the preschool and the teachers. They make learning fun for the kids.
My older kids’ current teachers always comment about how engaged my kids are in their classrooms and always trying to challenge themselves with something new. This is definitely a direct result of their time at the preschool.
Miss M is very accommodating with my youngest child’s allergies. She also is constantly coming up with new activities and ideas for the kids. All three of my kids LOVE the preschool. I would highly recommend it to any family.

We love iDiscover!
It was our first time enrolling our daughter in Preschool so we were nervous at first but the teachers at iDiscover are so incredible that they soon made us feel comfortable. My daughter loves to go to school. They make learning fun. She talks fondly of her teachers (Miss.M, Mrs. Danielson and Mrs.Iverson). They provide a full range of materials and activities and a well-balanced curriculum, which help the children develop social skills and confidence and get ready for Kindergarten. I can’t believe the amount of growth my daughter has experienced in just a year at iDiscover. It is a clean, welcoming and well organized facility.
The teachers seem to love our children just like we do. I will be sad when she leaves there.

When I asked my daughter, "what would you like to write in Miss M and Mrs. Danielson’s cards?” She said:

“Miss M, you fill my bucket everyday. It was fun learning from you. I will miss you. Can I come see you sometime? And Mrs. Danielson, I love it when you read to us and play games and when you teach us when Miss M is not at school. I will miss you. She is a bucket filler, too.”

I am surprised by her response. Not because of her reference to class activities or how she will miss you both, but to how she has seemingly embodied lessons of ‘goodness’ and the importance of being ‘present’ with, and for, others.

I never imagined my daughter's first experience of school to be so fulfilling. My own first experiences of school were not this like. My first teacher was overbearing, impatient, loud, and menacing. I recall riding home on the bus crying because I had to go back to her class the next day. In my rural community, she was the Kindergarten teacher… and the teacher for grades 1 & 2! I was stuck with her for a lonnnnggggg time.

What you offered to my daughter was what my first teacher never offered to me: a safe place for a young learner to openly explore, express, and confirm who she is, and consider the potential of who she might become. I am thankful that both of you were her first teachers to nurture her learning, encourage her spirit, and compose her first narrative of school life and how it should be.

And so, I find myself more saddened that her preschool has come to an end. I know there is no guarantee that her teachers in the coming years will be awake, as you were, to the power they have to compose children’s lives, to be conscious of the stories they tell young learners about who they are and who they might become, and to offer meaningful presence in their lives.

Thank you so much for all you have done for my daughter over the last school year (and for helping me to see the potential to recompose my own stories of starting school).

I highly recommend iDiscover Preschool! The teachers genuinely care for all the children who attend the preschool. They talk to the parents and children with respect. They always put the safety of the children as top priorty. One morning my son was very upset and didn't want me to leave, it was tough leaving but after I left Miss M texted me a picture of him happily playing with his friends, Miss M will always go the extra mile to ensure that parent's minds are at ease while being away from their children. When I ask my son what he likes about school, he says "singing songs, playing with friends, picnic lunches outside, the teachers are fun, yoga, show and tell and drawing". Sending him to iDiscover was the best decision we made for him as it has been a wonderful learning environment for him.

We were fortunate to send our kids to iDiscover Preschool Plus the year before they started Kindergarten. We were absolutely delighted with this special place – it offers children an environment where learning is challenging and fun, creativity is encouraged, and the teachers show incredible kindness and enthusiasm on a daily basis. We loved the diversity of subject-matter taught, including letters, numbers, phonetics, art, French, music, science, dancing, and yoga. We were surprised when our children started to talk about the Canada Food Guide at our dinner table and were thrilled to hear about the visitors in the classroom teaching the kids about various careers, cooking, and art. There is so much care taken with teaching the kids important lessons, even learning how to shake hands with direct eye contact and giving back to the community through a Food Bank fundraiser. The kids are encouraged to learn about the world around them, and Ms. M. and Mrs. Danielson did a wonderful job of instilling a love for learning in my kids. What a gift to our children at this stage of their lives! We would not hesitate to recommend this preschool to anyone!

Excellent preschool! My daughter is eager going to school every day and her language has improved immensely since the beginning of the school year. She comes home with arts and crafts and Miss M also invites firefighters, RCMP, and nurses to teach children about safety/life skills. Highly recommended!

iDiscover Preschool has been the most amazing experience for our daughter. Brittany is a gifted teacher whose approach with preschoolers in kind, patient and loving. From the way she greets the kids each day at their eye level with a welcoming handshake, to her hands-on approach in each learning activity, Brittany leads the preschool with grace and professionalism. As a parent who is also a teacher, I can confidently say that Brittany's program is exactly what preschoolers need to prepare them to enter the K-12 school system. I highly recommend her and her program to everyone I know. Brittany's program balances traditional learning experiences with creative play and arts activities to create a well rounded, comprehensive and fun environment where kids grow and develop. The program has been so instrumental in our daughter's development that we are continuing on, even though our daughter is starting kindergarten in the fall. We are confident that Brittany will challenge our daughter to continue to grow and explore both creatively and academically. "Miss M" is a beloved name in our house and we are forever grateful for her love and dedication to teaching.

So far the experience at iDiscover has been nothing but wonderful!! Both of the girls are just loving it and I hear all kinds of great things on a daily basis from my daughter. She seems to be learning a lot of new skills and really developing quickly. I think the structure and routine that is brought to the classroom is awesome for kids. I have noticed quite a big change in my daughter’s behavior and how she interacts with other children. It’s so good.
