iDiscover Kids Yoga
We are so excited to implement our new iDiscover Kids Yoga Program into our Preschool this year! Yoga classes will consist of fun-filled group adventures, games, crafts, partner yoga, stories and songs that assist in the enhancement of child flexibility, strength, coordination, body awareness, concentration, relaxation, mindfulness, cooperation and self esteem.
Miss M is a certified Kids and Families Yoga Teacher! She took her Rainbow Kids Teacher Training in Vancouver, BC and fell in love with this specific teaching style right away! Miss M is so excited to introduce the new iDiscover Kids Yoga Program that she created, into the Preschool this year!
